This is a SPPC (Square Pixel Pipe Clip) that will securely hold a 12mm Square pixel to a pipe for Christmas Lights. This was designed for 20mm schedule 40 PVC pipe. There is a locking pin option that will help keep the clip centered on the pipe. A 3mm drill bit is recommended when using the locking pin version. The locking pin is 3mm in diameter and 1mm thick. There is also a version with a 3mm hole in the arm for the addition of a rivet to keep the SPPC in place.

These are the minimum print settings that we recommend you use
PETG or ABS
At least 25% infill (grid or honeycomb for strength)
We used a 0.4mm nozzle with a 0.2mm layer height
At least 1mm wall thickness
4 walls
6 Top and Bottom layers
These can be printed without supports
