This is the STL file for our 8" Seed Pixel Topper mounting base for 1/2" schedule 40 PVC. This mounting base can be bolted a 1/2" PVC using a stainless steel 1/4"-20 bolt that is 2.25" in length. The mounting base is bolted to the 8" Seed Pixel Topper using stainless steel 1/4"-20 bolt that is 1.375" in length. A stainless steel locking nut can be used for all of the bolts.

Recommended Printer Settings:

These are the minimum print settings that we recommend you use

• PETG or ABS
• At least 25% infill (grid or honeycomb for strength)
• We used a 0.4mm nozzle with a 0.2mm layer height
• At least 1mm wall thickness
  • 4 walls
  • 6 Top and Bottom layers
• These can be printed without supports
• Ensure that your printer is calibrated correctly, here is a Thingiverse file that we recommend to help calibrate your printer
