This is the STL file for our 8" Seed Pixel Topper Cover that works with our 8" Seed Pixel Topper and is available for 48 strings. This cover prevents the seed pixels from coming out of the topper during use. A small channel is inset to the cover that allows the wires to be folded down flat and concealed from the elements.
Each of the 48 strings also has a small hole on the inside that will accept a 3/32" stainless steel cable to be used as a strain relief on the strands. Simply cap the cable on the top of the topper cover and zip tie the seed pixel strands to the cable. Our bungee Seed Tension Clips are the best way to secure the cable at the bottom and the bungee loops around the base of your choice for a tight connection.
You can order your seed pixels from Your Pixel Store and they are sold in rolls of 1,000, and can also be purchased with xConnect ends already installed.

These are the minimum print settings that we recommend you use
PETG or ABS
At least 25% infill (grid or honeycomb for strength)
We used a 0.4mm nozzle with a 0.2mm layer height
At least 1mm wall thickness
4 walls
6 Top and Bottom layers
These can be printed without supports
