STL File - 1/2" EMT Pipe (Closed) to U-Post Mount

This is a Pipe to U-Post mount. These versatile mounts allow for numerous possibilities of use. Create mounts for your props with PVC or EMT frames, hold pixels on pipes more secure, and many other applications. These are available in lengths of 10mm increments starting at 30mm and go up to 100mm to the center of the clip diameter from the face of the u-post.

Recommended Printer Settings:

These are the minimum print settings that we recommend you use

• PETG or ABS
• At least 25% infill (grid or honeycomb for strength)
• We used a 0.4mm nozzle with a 0.2mm layer height
• At least 1mm wall thickness
  • 4 walls
  • 6 Top and Bottom layers
• These can be printed without supports
• Ensure that your printer is calibrated correctly, here is a Thingiverse file that we recommend to help calibrate your printer
