These are our GlideGuide Roller Wheels that were designed to work with the GlideGuide mega tree bearing blocks. These should be printed with a hardened TPU, like TPU 95 or higher. There are two versions of the wheel included in the zip files. The small one is intended to be used with the YPS or Pixel Paradise Snow Leopard GlideGuides, and the large one is intended to be used on the Mattos Sasquatch GlideGuide. Recommended Printer Settings:
These are the minimum print settings that we recommend you use
- PETG or ABS
- At least 25% infill (honeycomb for strength)
- We used a 0.4mm nozzle with a 0.2mm layer height
- At least 1mm wall thickness
- 4 walls
- 6 Top and Bottom layers
- These can be printed without supports
- Ensure that your printer is calibrated correctly, here is a Thingiverse file that we recommend to help calibrate your printer
