This is our controller box mount for the Mattos MD1500 box. These mounts make it easy to deploy your controller in many locations with the use of 1/2", 3/4" or 1" schedule 40 PVC, 1/2" or 3/4" EMT pipe, 2" square tube and even a 5' Steel Fence Light Duty U-Post or standard T-Post.
This mount uses two standard 8-32 x 1" bolts with standard lock nuts to attach it to the MD1500 box. A 1/4" hole is provided to secure this mount to the pipe or post of your choice.

Recommended Printer Settings:
These are the minimum print settings that we recommend you use
- PETG, ASA or ABS
- At least 25% infill (grid or honeycomb for strength)
- We used a 0.4mm nozzle with a 0.2mm layer height
- At least 1mm wall thickness
- 4 walls
- 6 Top and Bottom layers
- These can be printed without supports
- Ensure that your printer is calibrated correctly, here is a Thingiverse file that we recommend to help calibrate your printer
