This is our controller box mount for the YPS Medium Metal box. These mounts make it easy to deploy your controller on 2" and 50mm square tubes with more mounting options available soon. Our unique winged design applies pressure to the back of the box to limit the rotation of the box in the wind.
The mounts are screwed in to the back of the box maintaining the NEMA watertight rating. The front cap uses 1/4-20 bolts and lock nuts to secure the mount to the square tube.

Recommended Printer Settings:
These are the minimum print settings that we recommend you use
- PETG, ASA or ABS
- At least 25% infill (grid or honeycomb for strength)
- We used a 0.4mm nozzle with a 0.2mm layer height
- At least 1mm wall thickness
- 4 walls
- 6 Top and Bottom layers
- These can be printed without supports
- Ensure that your printer is calibrated correctly, here is a Thingiverse file that we recommend to help calibrate your printer
