STL File - 3/4" PVC Pipe (Open) to Coro Bracket

A Coro Pipe Clip engineered to mount directly to your coro prop and create a rigid framing system using PVC or EMT conduit. These clips provide a dependable connection point for building structural frames, stabilizing large props, and reinforcing display elements across your holiday display.

Each grouped set of clips can reliably support up to 35 lbs when used with PVC, as demonstrated in load testing. When paired with EMT conduit, the structural capacity increases even further, making them ideal for heavy or oversized props.

Clips are available in 10 mm length increments from 50 mm to 100 mm, measured to the center of the clip diameter, giving you precise spacing and layout control.

Standard Version – 20 mm Thick

The original clip profile, designed for general‑purpose coro framing and robust mounting applications.

Slimline Version – 15 mm Thick

A reduced‑thickness option for high‑density props or tight mounting areas where every millimeter counts. Maintains full clamping strength with a lower profile.

Ultra Slimline Version – 11 mm Thick

The lowest‑profile clip available. At just 11 mm thick, the Ultra Slimline is ideal for extremely dense props, tight stacking scenarios, or displays where minimal standoff is critical. Despite the reduced thickness, it retains the same reliable grip and structural performance needed for precision framing.

Recommended Printer Settings:

These are the minimum print settings that we recommend you use

• PETG, ASA or ABS
• At least 20% infill (honeycomb or gyroid for strength)
• We used a 0.4mm nozzle with a 0.2mm layer height
• At least 1mm wall thickness
  • 4 walls
  • 6 Top and Bottom layers
• These can be printed without supports
• Ensure that your printer is calibrated correctly, here is a Thingiverse file that we recommend to help calibrate your printer
