STL File - 25mm PVC Roof Peak Bracket

This is the STL files to print the roof peak brackets designed to hold 25mm schedule 40 PVC pipe. These brackets will hook over your roof peak top cap and hold the pipe securely to the roof, even in heavy winds!

Recommended Printer Settings:

These are the minimum print settings that we recommend you use

• PETG or ABS
• At least 25% infill (grid or honeycomb for strength)
• We used a 0.4mm nozzle with a 0.2mm layer height
• This part can be tricky to print and we used a 0.46 extrusion width with 105% flow to help fill the gaps which is key on this part

  • 6 Top and Bottom layers
• These can be printed without supports
• Ensure that your printer is calibrated correctly, here is a Thingiverse file that we recommend to help calibrate your printer
