FleetWorks: Getting Started
FleetWorks keeps the care schedule for your 3D printers. It remembers each printer you own, tells you when care is due, and keeps the record of what you did. This page walks you in the front door and through your first ten minutes. No account is needed to read it.
Create your account and sign in
The tool runs on your SFL Designs store account. A store account is the email and password you use when you buy things from the SFL Designs store. Running on that account ties your printers to you: your list is yours, and it is still there, just as you left it, when you come back.
Do you already order from SFL Designs? Then you already have the account. You do not need a new one. Sign in with the same email and password you order with.
New to SFL Designs? You make the store account first. It is free, and it takes a few minutes. The steps below cover both readers. Skip the parts that are not yours.
Step 1. Open the FleetWorks page in the store. When the tool does not know you yet, it shows a signed-out card — a small panel with two buttons. Tap Log In if you have an account. Tap Create Account if you do not.
Step 2. A sign-in box opens right there on the page. You do not have to hunt for a login page. If you have an account, type your email and password in the box. If you are new, the box’s Create Account link takes you to the store’s registration page — make your account there, then sign in.
Step 3. The store brings you into FleetWorks by itself, signed in on your account. Your printers are on the screen. Brand new? Your list is empty. That is expected — the next part adds your first printer.
Your first ten minutes
This path takes you from your first sign-in to your first finished visit, one step at a time. The whole path takes about ten minutes.
Step 1. Sign in, as above.
Step 2. Add your first printer. A printer is one machine. Tap + Add Printer and walk the form: pick the brand and model (the maker’s name and the machine’s name), give it a nickname — the name you will call it — and say the month and year you bought it. If your machine is not in the list, choose Custom and fill in its spec sheet instead of forcing a near-match.
Step 3. See your schedule. The moment you save the printer, its visits appear. A visit is one round of cleaning and checks. The dates are counted from the month you bought the machine.
Step 4. Learn one tile: Due Now. The tiles are the number boxes across the top of the Dashboard. Due Now counts the machines whose next visit date has already passed — the care day came, and the visit is still waiting. A machine in Due Now is not broken. It just needs its visit soon. When Due Now says zero, nothing is late.
Step 5. Do your first visit. Open the machine’s card, work down its list, and tick each job as you finish it. Then tap Done.
That is the whole tool in one loop: sign in, add a machine, follow its dates, do the visit. Everything else is detail for later. Once you are signed in, the full help section lives inside FleetWorks under FAQ & Help — one article per job, with pictures.
