This is our T‑Post to Horizontal Pipe Mount built for installers who need a rigid, dependable way to run PVC, EMT, or PEX horizontally off a standard T‑Post. This mount creates a solid, non‑twisting connection point for structural runs, crossbars, and horizontal support members, ideal for yard displays, lighting frames, and any setup where stability matters more than improvisation.
The two‑piece clamp locks onto the T‑Post using two 8‑32 socket cap bolts and captured hex nuts. Tightening the hardware compresses the mount around the post, eliminating wobble, rotation, and seasonal loosening. The pipe side is sized precisely for your chosen material, available in 1/2", 3/4", and 1" diameters for PVC, EMT, or PEX.

Recommended Printer Settings:
These are the minimum print settings that we recommend you use
- PETG, ASA or ABS
- At least 20% infill (honeycomb or gyroid for strength)
- We used a 0.4mm nozzle with a 0.2mm layer height
- At least 1mm wall thickness
- 4 walls
- 6 Top and Bottom layers
- These can be printed without supports
- Ensure that your printer is calibrated correctly, here is a Thingiverse file that we recommend to help calibrate your printer
