Description

This is our controller box mount for the YPS VBox 1.0. These mounts make it easy to deploy your controller using the power supply mounting holes that are on the box. These are available for 1/2", 3/4", 1" PVC and 1/2", 3/4" EMT. More mounting options are coming as well. The mounts have a slopped top feature that prevents water from pooling up on the top of the mounts.

These use four M4x12mm bolts to secure the mounts through the VBox and onto the power supply. For outdoor applications, we recommend using silicone between the mount and VBox where the bolts go through the box.

Recommended Printer Settings:

These are the minimum print settings that we recommend you use

PETG, ASA or ABS
At least 20% infill (honeycomb or gyroid for strength)
We used a 0.4mm nozzle with a 0.2mm layer height
At least 1mm wall thickness
- 4 walls
- 6 Top and Bottom layers
These can be printed without supports
