STL File - Permatrack Blank End Cap

This is a blank end cap used with the Permatrack Pixel Mounting system. Each end cap gives your Permatrack mounting system a professional finish. There are three variations available for these end caps, a blank end cap, an end cap with a threaded hole for a PG7 gland, and an end cap with a threaded hole for a PG9 gland. These are the STL files that you can use to print the parts on your own 3D printer.

These parts will NOT work with the Puck Track system.

Recommended Printer Settings:

These are the minimum print settings that we recommend you use

• PETG or ABS
• At least 25% infill (honeycomb for strength)
• We used a 0.4mm nozzle with a 0.2mm layer height
• At least 1mm wall thickness
  • 4 walls
  • 6 Top and Bottom layers
• These can be printed without supports
• Ensure that your printer is calibrated correctly, here is a Thingiverse file that we recommend to help calibrate your printer
  • Calibration X, Y, Z piece
