STL File - Bullet Track PG9 End Cap

This is an end cap used with the Bullet Track system. Each end cap gives your Bullet Track system a professional finish. There are three variations available for these end caps, a blank end cap, an end cap with a threaded hole for a PG7 gland, and an end cap with a threaded PG9 gland. The PG7 and PG9 glands are also available to purchase. This listing is for the PG9 End Cap only.

These end caps were designed to work with the Bullet Track mounting system offered at YourPixelStore, but these will also work with the track offered from several other vendors such as RGB2Go, HolidayCoro, Wally's Lights and others that use the same dimensions as shown below.

Recommended Printer Settings:

These are the minimum print settings that we recommend you use

• PETG or ABS
• At least 25% infill (grid or honeycomb for strength)
• We used a 0.4mm nozzle with a 0.2mm layer height
• At least 1mm wall thickness
  • 4 walls
  • 6 Top and Bottom layers
• These MUST be printed with supports
• Ensure that your printer is calibrated correctly, here is a Thingiverse file that we recommend to help calibrate your printer
  • Calibration X, Y, Z piece
